When you use chat, messaging, or networking lounge features, we process the content of those communications to deliver them to the intended recipients. We do not scan private messages for advertising purposes.

1.5 Device and Technical Information

We may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and screen capabilities. For 3D immersive experiences, we may detect device performance characteristics to serve an appropriate experience (e.g., lite mode on mobile).

Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers (e.g., Lovable Cloud for hosting and authentication) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile data from active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
